Requirements:

• Ability to work with children
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Must pass background examinations (included with training)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ambassador of the Goldfish Swim School Brand
2. Interacts with customers, including adults and children
3. provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum or answers any questions current and potential customers have regarding our program
4. Maintains lifeguard credentials throughout employment
5. Reports accidents and incidents to management. Completes required documentation and paperwork.
6. Fulfills other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.

Paid Lifeguard training provide for those not certified.

Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate.
