Senior Clinical Communications Engineer

Focusing on the design and modernization of enterprise communication platforms, the full-time Senior Clinical Communications Engineer will ensure the reliability and integration of systems that support patient care, working remotely within a collaborative engineering and clinical environment. Key responsibilities Design, operate, and modernize communication platforms to enhance caregiver communication and clinical workflows Ensure the resilience and availability of systems, partnering with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive improvements Utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and prioritize service architecture requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience 5-8 years of related experience in network engineering and automation Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling Proven ability to influence software engineering teams and translate requirements into service architecture Strong background in problem-solving using systematic procedures and root cause analysis
