About the Role

We're looking for an Accounts Payable [Accounting Associate] to join our growing Hub community and support the core insurance accounting operations that keep our business running. Each team plays a critical role in ensuring transactions are processed accurately, on time, and in line with established procedures.

What You'll Do

• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support assigned workflows within the insurance accounting transactional cycle, ensuring work is completed on time and properly documented.
• Maintain organized and accurate records while developing an understanding of how transactions move through different accounting functions.
• Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to meet team goals.
• Respond to routine inquiries and research basic discrepancies with guidance from the team.
• Use internal systems and tools to complete tasks, track work, and communicate effectively.
• Provide coverage and support across teams as needed and complete other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Interest in building a long-term career in accounting, finance, or insurance operations, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in banking, finance, billing, accounting, customer servicing, or administrative environments is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or coursework in accounting, finance, or business is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a transactional, process-driven environment.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Curiosity, accountability, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Clear, professional communication skills and confidence using technology to stay organized.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $22.00 - $26.50 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
