Location: Rochester, NY
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid after training (in-office Monday to Wednesday)
Contract Type: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders quickly and accurately via email, fax, telephone, and electronic systems
• Troubleshoot order processing inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor open orders to ensure timely and accurate distribution
• Respond to customer requests, including product information, order details, cancellations, tracking, and billing
• Manage tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• French language skills are a plus
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and order entry experience
• Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning
