Maintenance Associate

In this role, you'll support the overall upkeep and functionality of the property, helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for both guests and team members. Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round
• Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week; shifts vary and may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property
• Respond to guest service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with general upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
• Support preventative maintenance programs and year-round property needs
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, tools, and equipment
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor upkeep as needed
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Assist with preparing the property for seasonal changes and special events as needed
• Complete additional maintenance and facilities tasks as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred, but not required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Success in this role will be measured by responsiveness, quality of repairs, attention to detail, teamwork, and contribution to a safe and well-maintained property.
