You'll foster a positive, high-performing culture that supports collaboration, growth, and accountability.Working alongside Midwest leadership, you'll help shape and implement regional marketing and growth strategies, identify key pursuits, and strengthen client relationships. Your understanding of local agencies, decision-makers, and regional standards will be the key to your success.What You Bring:PE license and local/regional consulting experience 15+ years in multimodal design, including conceptual design and construction documents10+ years in project/design management and business developmentStrong client relationship skills with a proven track record of winning workExpertise in street design, construction documents, cost estimating, and permittingJoin Us.
