Schedule: Day Shift, 8-hour shifts, 4 days a week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week

Requirements:

• Active license in the relevant state
• Relevant certifications as required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care procedures.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation may be required.
• Background checks and drug screens may be conducted.
• Adhere to facility dress code and logistics.
