What You'll Do
- Educate patients on using the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis
- Assist patients with treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
- Monitor patient competency and safety at home
- Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during training sessions
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless care continuity
- Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
- Manage 2 to 3 training sessions daily
What You Need
- Active RN license in Texas
- Recent dialysis experience
- Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules
Preferred:
- Home health or chronic care experience
