Inside Sales Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established industrial distribution company in Jacksonville to identify an Inside Sales Representative . This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and contributing directly to business growth. Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Variable Compensation Opportunities Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in traffic Prepare accurate quotes including product specifications, pricing, and lead times Follow up on open quotes, orders, backorders, and customer requests Partner with purchasing and vendors to source products and improve margins Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services Support outside sales representatives with pricing, availability, and order status Qualifications Previous inside sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, distribution, or a related environment preferred Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and product sourcing Experience with ERP systems preferred Exposure to purchasing, vendor management, industrial supplies, is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
