As a leader in our Austin survey operations, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the future of the practice, challenge conventional approaches, and build something exceptional. Key Responsibilities Build and scale the Austin survey team. Recruit, train, and mentor field crews while setting a high‑performance standard. Oversee the full project lifecycle—from fieldwork and technical approvals to budgeting and invoicing. Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary surveys (ALTA/NSPS, boundary, control) and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards. Serve as the final reviewer for all deliverables, maintaining rigorous quality control and consistency. Texas RLS certification required, or LSIT with the ability to obtain licensure promptly. Minimum of 3 years of professional land surveying experience. Expertise with GPS, robotic total stations, and modern survey software. Familiarity with Trimble Access/TBC or AutoCAD is a strong advantage. Valid driver’s license required for site visits and field operations.
