Join 8 EM residency-trained,Board-Certified physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers in a supportiveenvironment where colleagues cover for one another and share a commitment toexceptional patient care. We welcome both physicians completing residency andexperienced physicians seeking a career change.

Opportunity Highlights

• Level III trauma center withapproximately 26,500 annual emergency department visits
• 9-bed emergency department,plus 2-bed triage and fast care

• Shifts: 7:00a.m.–7:00 pm , 10:00 a.m.–10:00 pm and 7:00 p.m.–7:00 am

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum base annual 1099compensation of $396,000
• $50,000 commencement bonusfor a full-time commitment of 120 hours or more

Qualifications

• Completion of an accreditedEmergency Medicine residency
• Board Certified or BoardEligible through ABEM or AOBEM
• Current Washington medicallicense or eligibility to obtain one before starting
• Authorized to work in theUnited States
• Strong clinical judgment,communication skills, and commitment to compassionate, team-based care
