Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting during procedural and post-procedural phases
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation for cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
• Assess and monitor patient neurological status utilizing NIHSS protocols as applicable
• Collaborate with the cardiac care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab or EP nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Demonstrated experience with procedural moderate sedation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab environment
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment and hemodynamic assessment
