This dynamic, multi-faceted role puts you at the heart of our operations — connecting with customers, driving sales, and keeping our inventory running smoothly. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional client services by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships Support the sales team by assisting with order processing, follow-ups, and customer outreach Maintain accurate inventory records through regular tracking, auditing, and data entry Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment Monitor stock levels and flag discrepancies or low inventory to management Assist in preparing sales reports, quotes, and product documentation Organize and maintain product databases to support efficient inventory management Requirements: Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or inventory management preferred Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office or inventory/POS software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Hialeah, FL market Team-oriented with a positive, customer-first attitude About Us: Coral Classics by A&P is a trusted name in the Hialeah, FL community, known for quality products and a commitment to outstanding customer experiences.
