About the job Sr. Sales Executive
Sr. Sales Executive
- Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies.
- Manage sales process from initial outreach to new client onboarding.
- Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.
- Attend industry events
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Companies ATS Questions) :
1. Do you have Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space. 2. Do you have 7+ years selling Professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc...) services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers. 3. Do you have 3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS would be a plus. 4. Are you well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders). 5. Do you have Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering etc.. 6. Do you have a Entrepreneurial mindset. 7. Do you have Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 8. Do you have Minimum Bachelors degree. 9. You must have ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year. 10. Do you have Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 11. Must reside in the US. 12. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
