Key Responsibilities: 

• Facilitating ideal patient care
• Educate patients on the value in WANTING the dentistry they NEED
• Understand the hygiene department being a business within the business
• Properly explaining treatment by co-diagnosing to increase case acceptance
• Identifying opportunities such as restorative and cosmetic needs to help our patients achieve their overall dental goals
• Ability to overcome patient objections to getting dental treatment done in a professional manner

Compensation: 

• Compensation package will consist of a base salary plus incentives and commissions based on Hygiene production and collection

Requirements: 

• Active Colorado License
• 2 or more years of experience in hygiene
• CPR-BLS Certified
• Local Anesthesia Certification
