**Licenses and Certification Requirements** 1. Current Illinois Registered Nurse license 2. Current CPR/BLS Card 3. ACLS **Specific Hospital and Department Requirements** - **Emergency Departments** (at Southern Illinois Hospitals like Harrisburg Medical Center, Herrin Hospital, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, St. Joseph Memorial Hospital): Require BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS. - **Intensive Care Units:** Require NIHSS, BLS, ACLS; Memorial Hospital of Carbondale prefers CSU-ALS. - **Progressive Care Units and Step Down ICU:** Require NIHSS, BLS, ACLS. - **Acute Rehab and Medical Units:** Require BLS and NIHSS. - **Other Certifications:** - NRP for Birthing Centers and Mother Baby/Neonatal ICU. - OCNCTC, Infusion Therapy certification for related units. **Floating Requirement** - Requires floating to clinically appropriate units as needed, reflecting the clinician's scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies. **Shift Details** - Days in the CVOR with call, as required, 8 hours, 0600-1430.
