Parts Sales Representative

Talon has partnered with a leader in the AG Industry. We are in search of a Parts Sales Rep to join their team.

PRIMARY FOCUS:

• Reporting to the Parts Manager, the position is responsible for being the first point of contact for our parts customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Utilizing excellent customer service skills this position is first contact with customers, through email and by phone.
• Provides pricing, availability and assistance in choosing an alternative. Initiates parts sales and seeks new sales opportunities.
• Ensures level of profit margin is sustained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Uses problem solving skills to find solutions to dealers problems
• Opens and manages sales orders
• Follows through on orders customers have received them
• Prepares invoices
• Orders customer and stock parts from vendors

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Fills parts orders on time
• Daily inventory transactions
• Responding to customers in a professional, timely fashion
• Sales increase per store
• Customer returns process

Requirements:

This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work effectively with a variety of people. The incumbent will possess the ability to multi-task, remain extremely organized, and be able to develop relationships with current and potential customers.

$20-$26 hour
