What's a typical day as a Warehouse Associate? You'll be:

• Matching packing slips to purchase orders and maintaining accurate inventory records using digital systems.
• Supporting buyers in resolving discrepancies and updating inspection logs for incoming/outgoing materials.
• Issuing materials and building kits for production per established requirements.
• Preparing accessories for sales orders, processing returns, and coordinating with external vendors as needed.
• Conducting regular inventory counts (cycle and annual) to ensure accuracy.
• Keeping warehouse organizedlabeling bins, tracking items by date code, and following FIFO practices.
• Complying with all safety procedures and maintaining clear and orderly warehouse space.
• Performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting, as required.
• Embracing additional tasks to meet evolving company needs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School diploma or GED required.
• Have 13 years of warehouse experience, ideally with electronic components or accessories.
• Are proficient with Google Suite and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Are able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Are a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to contract requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with inventory management software.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.
• Willingness to take on new challenges as the company grows.
