Retail Territory Manager

Responsibilities The Retail Territory Manager is responsible for delivering Direct Store Delivery execution, building customer relationships, managing merchandiser teams, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories. Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving growth across assigned accounts. Lead and inspire full‑time and part‑time merchandisers, from hiring and coaching to performance development. Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in store. Provide expert, on‑site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities and executing flagship programs. Develop data‑driven sales strategies tailored to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory expansion. Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top‑tier service. Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume. Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management in collaboration with Full‑Time Order Writers. Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results. Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines. Requirements At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in the state of residence. High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred. Flexible work schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays. 3‑5 years of sales experience including a strong background in selling and understanding of business processes and systems. Physical capability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs. (occasionally over 50 lbs.), push, and pull. Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check. Mondelez International offers a company vehicle, including a gas card and vehicle maintenance program. Cities Covered Kentucky – Somerset, Glasgow, Russell Springs, Tompkinsville, Columbia, Monticello. Successful candidates must be located within 40 miles of the above cities. Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $56,200 to $77,275, dependent on experience, skills, education and location. Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program. Many benefits are subsidized or fully paid by the company. No relocation support is available.
