Customer Growth Representative

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling

Shift: Full Time, Monday Friday, Early morning start

Route: Santa Clarita and surrounding communities

Hourly Pay Rate: $27.86 plus sales incentives

Position Responsibilities:

• Sells and executes promotions
• Secures placement of equipment
• Uses point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales
• Transports and replaces POS advertising and inventory levels
• Restocks and builds displays, sections, and racks
• Maintains backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day
• Supports the team as a retail sales representative

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
