Alternate Ending Beer Co. is an independent, owner-operated brewpub with a scratch kitchen focused on sourdough pan pizza, seasonal ingredients, and creative takes on great pub food.

We're looking for  Line Cooks to join our kitchen team . We're open to different experience levels, but we're especially interested in cooks who can bring some kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in food.

This isn't a heat-and-serve kitchen. We make food from scratch, work with seasonal ingredients, bake with naturally fermented sourdough, and give our cooks opportunities to learn, contribute ideas, and grow.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're much more interested in finding the right person than checking every box.

Ideally, you:

• Have 1+ year of BOH experience, although we're willing to train the right person
• Bring a positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Care about food, quality, and hospitality
• Can follow recipes and established kitchen procedures
• Are interested in learning and improving your skills
• Are dependable and comfortable working in a busy kitchen
• Can work weekends and some holidays
• Are willing to jump in wherever the team needs help

The physical requirements of the position include standing for extended periods, navigating stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Our kitchen regularly works with gluten and other common food allergens.
