A global financial services is seeking a Vice President–level Middle Office professional to support Mortgage Warehouse Lending and/or Whole Loan Trading across CRE and Residential products . This role sits in a fast-paced environment requiring strong operational control, precision, and cross-functional coordination.
Product exposure: RTL, NQM, MSR, NPL/RPL, Scratch & Dent, SFR
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Lending
Manage daily trade flow, booking, and cash/wire movements
Perform monthly remittance reconciliations, cash settlements, and ledger postings
Investigate and resolve daily breaks
Support processes tied to secured warehouse lending facilities
Partner with Trading, Banking, Legal, and Risk teams
5+ years supporting mortgage warehouse lending
Familiarity with secured lending legal documentation
CRE experience a plus
Systems: ProMerit, Loan IQ, Alteryx preferred
Whole Loans
5+ years supporting whole loan mortgage trading
Knowledge of mortgage trade and client documentation
Experience with RTL, NQM, NPL/RPL, Scratch & Dent
Systems: Centricity, Alteryx preferred
Experience working with mortgage servicers
