Charge Capture Analyst

To enhance revenue cycle metrics, the full-time hybrid Charge Capture Analyst will manage analytics, maintain Chargemaster files, and collaborate with clinical departments to ensure accurate billing processes. Key responsibilities Identify opportunities for process improvements and problem resolutions within the revenue cycle Maintain and audit Chargemaster files and fee schedules to ensure revenue integrity Develop and document custom billing system tests and enhancements to prevent billing errors Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred 4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance with a focus on coding, or 2 years in billing EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility preferred
