LA Fitness, America's premier fitness and sports club chain is quickly growing throughout the United States and has an immediate opening in Buffalo, NY for a qualified Operations Manager in Training. (Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration). Responsibilities of an Assistant Operations Managers include:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue.
• Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service.
• Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member's experience.

• At least one year management experience and a 4 year college degree
• Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus
• Customer service skills
• Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts
• Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Must be courteous and tactful
• Exceptional telephone skills
• Highly organized
• Must be at least 18
