Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Creo and Windchill
- Strong manufacturing engineering experience
- Production support experience
- Mechanical and Electrical engineering knowledge
- Harness design/manufacturing experience
- Railway industry experience is preferred
Highly Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on production support experience involving:
- Work Instructions
- MODs
- CRs
- QNs
- Hands-on harness design or manufacturing knowledge, particularly for Electrical Methods Engineering
- Expert-level experience with Creo and Windchill
- Experience with Teamcenter
- Experience working with SAP
Desired Knowledge & Experience
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment , preferably within the railway industry
- Strong technical experience in process engineering
- Experience creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, including Work Instructions, MODs, CRs, QNs, and related documentation
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP for:
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Routings
- Configuration follow-up
- Working knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
Educational Requirements
- Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
