Responsibilities Develop and lead recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings, that cater to patients' diverse needs and abilities. Collaborate with rehabilitation teams to identify patient goals and create tailored activities that support their progress. Promote socialization and interaction among patients through group activities and one-on-one interactions. Maintain a safe and clean environment for recreational activities, adhering to infection control standards. Document patient participation and progress in recreational activities. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and strong communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, standing, and walking.
