Occupational Therapist - Full-Time

MLR is partnering with a well-respected healthcare system to hire an experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time, permanent position. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with one Saturday shift per month. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on occupational therapy best practices.
• Program Implementation: Carry out, monitor, and adjust therapy programs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervision: Provide oversight and guidance to occupational therapy assistants, technicians, and support staff to ensure quality care and treatment outcomes.

Occupational Therapist - Full-Time Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Licensure: Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Certifications: Current CPR certification.
• Driver's License: Valid Texas Driver's License required for HMC Designated Drivers (if applicable).
