Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is seeking a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP or FNP) to join a collaborative outpatient practice in Easton, Maryland. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no call , offering an excellent work-life balance in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Practice Details 100% outpatient womens health Monday-Friday schedule (no call) EPIC EMR Collaborative clinic with access to specialty support Strong system-wide clinical resources Clinical Responsibilities Perform annual well-woman exams and routine screenings Provide contraceptive counseling and management Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions Deliver preventive care and patient education Maintain accurate and timely documentation Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $123,250 - $141,950 Based on experience as an Advanced Practice Provider Overtime available beyond 40 hours Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan CME allowance Malpractice with tail coverage Supportive, collegial work environment Qualifications Masters degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program WHNP preferred; FNPs with relevant experience encouraged Active Maryland NP and RN licenses (or eligibility) DEA/ CDS eligibility BLS certification Experience in womens health or primary care preferred New graduates with strong interest in womens health encouraged to apply About UM Shore Regional Health Part of the University of Maryland Medical System, Shore Regional Health provides comprehensive, community-based care across Marylands Eastern Shore with access to academic resources and specialty support.
