Direct Support ProfessionalWe are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving others and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all residents.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.Ensure that all residents receive appropriate care and support, including medical and behavioral needs.Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAble to pass a State of Oregon conducted background check.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.Have a clean driving record.If you are a dedicated and compassionate individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
