Northwest Medical Center, the largest hospital system in Southern Arizona, is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its ICU team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a 100% inpatient opportunity working within a high-acuity cardiothoracic service line, offering strong physician collaboration, complex case exposure, and a well-supported critical care environment.

Position Highlights

• Hospital-employed ACNP or PA opportunity in ICU setting
• Must have ICU experience
• 100% inpatient role
• Must be comfortable assisting with ICU procedures
• Post-operative management of open-heart and lung surgery patients
• Review of pre-operative labs and imaging studies
• Discharge planning for post-surgical ICU patients
• Collaborative cardiothoracic and critical care team environment
