A highly established, reputable private practice in Southern Oregon, is seeking a BE/ BC Ophthalmologist to join its growing team, reside in an outdoor enthusiast's dream destination!

Compensation Details:
• Earning potential is $800,000K+, Guaranteed Base Salary plus production bonus
•$50,000K Credit Towards Practice Buy-In
•1-2 year Partnership Track, Buy into the Practice, Real Estate, and ASC
•Full Benefits, plus 401K plan and profit sharing plan, malpractice coverage, plus tail is included. CME allowance and PTO.
•Sign-on Bonus is Negotiable plus paid relocation up to $10,000
