Job Opportunity: Neurologist for Neuroimmunology Division
Our organization is currently in search of a board-certified or board-eligible neurologist to spearhead and enhance the Neuroimmunology Division within the Department of Neurology. As the sole academic medical center in northeastern New York, we are a private, non-profit entity dedicated to serving over 3 million individuals. In response to the growing healthcare demands in the region, we are expanding our services.
The Department of Neurology boasts established programs in various areas, including:
- Epilepsy
- Dementia
- Movement Disorders
- Neuromuscular Diseases
- Pediatric Neurology
- Pain Management
- Stroke and Neurocritical Care
We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, mentoring medical students and residents, and thriving in a collaborative setting alongside both general and specialized neurology professionals. An academic appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Professor will be available, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications and experience.
QualificationsThe ideal applicant will have:
- Completed a residency in Neurology
- Certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- A fellowship in Neuroimmunology
