Position Overview Orangetheory Fitness Palm Desert is looking for energetic Fitness Coaches / Sales Associates to join our team. This hybrid role includes leading our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts while also working the front desk to sell memberships and create an outstanding member experience . If you love fitness, motivating others, and being part of a positive, high-energy community, we want to meet you. What We Offer Compensation
- Fitness Coach: $30 $45 per session (includes base pay + performance bonuses for certified trainers)
- Sales Associate: Starting at $16.90/hour + commission for membership sales (potential increase after 90 days completed)

- Lead and motivate members through pre-designed Orangetheory workouts
- Help members set and achieve personal fitness goals
- Monitor form and provide corrections to ensure safe and effective workouts
- Educate members on the science behind heart ratebased interval training
- Demonstrate and safely use all equipment used during workouts
- Create a high-energy, welcoming class environment
- Greet every member and guest with a positive, high-energy attitude
- Give studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout experience
- Follow up with new leads, intro guests, and former members to book classes
- Sell memberships, retail, and heart rate Performance Trackers
- Assist with class check-ins and ensure the studio is prepared for each class
- Build relationships with members to create a welcoming community environment
- Keep the lobby, retail displays, and front desk organized and inviting
- Help celebrate member milestones, birthdays, and achievements
- Keep lobby, bathrooms and studio spotless and sparkling clean
- National fitness certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or other NCCA-accredited certification)
- No degree required
