Director of Strategic Accounts

Managing account relationships with Highland's National Account partners, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Accounts will lead business development initiatives, oversee account-specific projects, and collaborate with Sales Management to enhance advisor penetration rates. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for Strategic Account corporate customers and the Highland sales team Drive proactive business development initiatives in partnership with account heads and Sales Management Create and maintain Account Partnership Business Plans and onboard new Sales VPs on account landscape and compliance rules Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related field Previous experience in insurance relationship management, banking, or general agency brokerage Excellent project management skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office suite Adept in technical writing and quality assurance for marketing materials Ability to understand and articulate insurance compensation arrangements and analyze financial reports
