RN Cart Nurse

Our 200-bed skilled nursing center is more than a healthcare facility—it’s a home for our residents and a supportive workplace for our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care while creating a positive, collaborative environment where nurses can truly make a difference.

We’re looking for a dedicated RN Cart Nurse who enjoys hands-on resident care, thrives in a team environment, and brings compassion and professionalism to every shift.

What You’ll Do:

As an RN Cart Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of resident care—providing skilled nursing services and ensuring each resident receives the attention and support they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitoring residents’ conditions and responding to changes

• Completing assessments and documentation

• Coordinating with CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure quality care

• Communicating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Supporting admissions, discharges, and care planning

• Providing comfort, reassurance, and compassionate care to residents and families

Qualifications:

• Active RN license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage a medication cart and multiple resident needs

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
