Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to join our Community Psychiatry General Adult Outpatient Program. This role provides psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and individual, family, and group therapy while working closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to support coordinated, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate is an independently licensed therapist with experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, documentation, and collaborative care. This position also supports outcome-based, feedback-informed care and may assist with insurance authorizations and other clinical duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic intakes, psychosocial assessments, and treatment planning
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy
• Deliver crisis intervention and other clinical support as needed
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and the care team
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR
• Use feedback-informed care and outcome measures
• Connect patients and families to community resources
• Support family meetings, care coordination, and quality improvement
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

• Master’s degree in Applied Psychology or a related field

Licensure

• Valid LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C required

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work independently in a behavioral health setting
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
• Experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with EHR systems and office software
• Knowledge of community resources and behavioral health systems

Salary Range: Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
