Job Description Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. Lead proactive lead generation and schedule appointments inside and outside the branch. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners. Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue. Translate client information into actionable sales strategies and tactics. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI. Identify the resources or teams best equipped to meet client needs and introduce the client accordingly. Hold partners accountable for routine update and referral follow‑up. Provide a differentiated client experience through advanced conversation skills, tailored solutions, and timely escalation of issues. Act as an advocate for clients across product, support, operations or other departments. Support branch team in identifying consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals. Grow client share of wallet and loyalty through a differentiated experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to position PNC products to meet client needs. Educate clients on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and avoiding loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
