American Guard Services (AGS) is seeking an experienced Unarmed Field Supervisor to oversee security operations at retail locations in the Little Rock area. This position is ideal for a security professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to support and supervise security personnel in the field.

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday
• 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers assigned to retail accounts
• Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure compliance with client and company expectations
• Address incidents, emergencies, and employee concerns in a professional manner
• Prepare reports and document security-related activities
• Maintain communication with management, clients, and field personnel
• Assist with training, coaching, and performance management of security staff
• Ensure all officers adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid Arkansas Guard Card
• Minimum of 5 years of security experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Valid Arkansas Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
