Administrative Assistant – Quincy, IL
Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Type: Full-time, project-based role (1 month with potential extension) New office position available in Quincy, IL! Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a project assignment expected to last at least one month, with the possibility of extending. This role offers steady full-time, day-shift hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience with an established company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing accurate data entry
- Handling accounts payable tasks
- Applying purchase order payments
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
