Training Coordinator II

Primary L&D support for People Solutions Team on training needs Interact daily with bank staff regarding any training questions and system requests. Sets curriculums and tracks training progress. Meets with lines of business and Director of Training to ensure appropriate rollout of learning. Performs LMS administrator tasks and back up for primary LMS admistrator. Establishes annual compliance training curriculums for all employees. Set-up training programs within LMS Troubleshoot end user’s issues with LMS or other systems. Prepare and order educational aids and materials. Maintain and update curriculum database and training records. Coordinate in-house training facilities and equipment. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment Handle maintenance of department supply inventory Support training participants needs during training sessions. Complete Department Projects as needed. Manages users and courses in the LMS and other systems. Partners with the HRIS function to ensure consistent use and administration of the HR Information System.
