Technical Product Manager - Vision Plan

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technical Product Manager for Vision Plan to lead OMP Plus planning capabilities and product strategy. The role requires deep technical expertise in advanced planning applications, cross-functional collaboration with business and technology teams, and accountability for delivering scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance on OMP Plus planning capabilities, integrations, configuration, testing, and production support
Define product requirements and roadmap priorities by collaborating with business leaders, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams
Lead Vision Plan product strategy development and execution to ensure effective implementation and adoption across stakeholders
Drive product development through full lifecycle using agile methodology, from problem definition through deployment and continuous improvement
Monitor product performance, stability, and business outcomes; identify and drive corrective actions to enhance satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years experience in technical product management, solution delivery, or supply chain planning systems
Hands-on experience with OMP Plus or similar advanced planning software (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO, o9, Oracle SCM)
Strong technical acuity and understanding of planning integrations and master data dependencies
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business communications
Experience managing product lifecycles using agile methodology and demonstrating ownership across delivery and operations
