Today, Igloo has 90% + brand awareness and is #1 in market share in the US, is a pioneer in sustainability for our category with the launch of biodegradable coolers and coolers made with from post-consumer recycled resin and other sustainable materials and has a growing DTC business allowing us to build direct relationships with our consumers. In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there is the opportunity to Globally grow both brands together. This position is responsible for determining, preparing, and printing all critical labels produced in-house, ensuring they are accurate, available on time, and meet the needs of all Manufacturing departments. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Determine label requirements for the Assembly, Blow Molding, Injection Molding, and Conversion departments based on production schedules. Print the required quantities of UPCs, case codes, pallet labels, and import stickers for each model scheduled during the applicable production period using Loft-Ware software. Generate and maintain reports within the Oracle reporting system to identify label requirements for the Assembly, Injection Molding, and Blow Molding departments. Print work orders through the Oracle system as required. Communicate and collaborate with all Production Schedulers to accurately determine and fulfill label requirements. Maintain appropriate minimum and maximum inventory levels of raw labels and ribbons to ensure adequate supplies are available to support production needs. Work effectively in a high-traffic and noisy manufacturing environment. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. What do we offer? Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. English Language Skills: Ability to read, speak, write, and comprehend English effectively. Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds multiple times throughout an 8-hour shift. Schedule Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional holidays, based on business and production needs. Ability to perform quality work accurately and meet established deadlines with or without direct supervision. Ability to communicate and interact professionally with employees, customers, suppliers, and other business partners. Ability to work effectively as a team member and contribute to a collaborative work environment. To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics: Demonstrated computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize various software systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Familiarity with industrial products, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing-related software. Physical Demands & Conditions Standing & Walking Roles may involve extended periods (up to 12 hours) of standing and walking, including moving at a brisk pace and occasional stair climbing. Postural Requirements Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in low or awkward positions during production or maintenance tasks. Lifting & Material Handling Operator-level roles may involve lifting up to 25 lb repeatedly throughout the shift. Technician-level roles may involve lifting up to 50 lb multiple times per day, including overhead lifts. Where possible, mechanical aids (e.g., hoists, forklifts) are used. Fine Motor Skills & Tool Use Use of both hands is required to operate tools, perform adjustments, and handle assembly materials with precision. Visual Requirements Sufficient visual acuity (e.g., 20/40 with or without correction) is necessary for tasks involving inspection and safe equipment operation. Environmental Conditions Work is performed in a production setting where seasonal temperatures may range from 100–120°F (with humidity) in summer to cooler conditions in winter. High noise levels are common; hearing protection is provided and required. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as ear protection, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and protective clothing may be required depending on the task.
