The role leads customer engagement and broker performance, applies revenue management and category insights to drive growth, and ensures effective execution of pricing, promotion, assortment, and merchandising strategies aligned with Idahoans business goals./ppMain responsibilities include:/pulliSales Strategy Execution/liliCustomer Revenue Management Leadership/liliBroker Leadership/liliJoint Business Planning Customer Engagement/liliCategory Leadership Insights-Driven Selling/liliNew Product Innovation Commercialization/liliPerformance Management Analytics/liliTrade Promotion Management/li/ulpQualifications/Required Skills:/pulliEducation and/or Experience: A degree from an accredited college/university plus 8-10 years experience in the CPG industry./liliLanguage Skills: Exhibits effective written and verbal communication skills and possesses the ability to use language in a motivational manner./liliComputer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook./liliReasoning Ability: Ability to organize and analyze the available data and make tough, informed win/win decisions in a timely manner. Demonstrates the self-confidence and maturity to make decisions and solve problems with minimal direction. At the same time, we support limited flexibility by allowing one (1) day per week to work outside of the office, where business needs and the role reasonably allow.
