Synchronize operations, maintenance, and construction so each work window is safe, ready, conflict-free, and executable.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Associate Work Window Coordinator | Work Window Coordination (WWC) [L00321]\nSafety is a primary responsibility in each job performed. Obtain safety training, obey safety rules, and make safety an integral part of each task. Take necessary steps to stop work if continuing the activity is unsafe or will create and unsafe condition.\n\n Supports coordination of facility work activities scheduled during designated workweek.\n Participates in activities within a framework of formal disciplined operations and post job/work window assessments.\n Communicates and follows through on continuous improvement opportunities.\n Contributes to the development and implementation of work activity schedule. Activities include, but are not limited to: - Aids in initial “task level schedules” - Assists in creation of resource loaded schedules - Monitors restraints and making corrections - Keeps track of scheduled tasks - Ensures rolling week schedule is ready for work prior to execution - Verifies task readiness - Helps resolve schedule conflicts and proposes solutions - Supports work schedule interface - Assists in the coordination of outside support work schedules within responsible facility\n Works closely with facility Operations to ensure scheduled priorities are clearly understood in the Work Management Center (WMC).\n Ensures that work packages are “ready to work” (by electronic verification of package and requisition parts status, and verifying supporting documents and permits are approved) prior to the execution week. Utilizes and manipulates a computerized work management system in maintaining and tracking schedule activities.\n Effectively delivers written and oral information in a clear, concise, timely, accurate and efficient manner. Conducts weekly status meetings to report on previous week’s work activities and provides regular schedule updates to facility management.\n Analyzes and develops critique which is presented to work group.\n Receives data detailing work activity additions, actions not completed, and lessons learned.\n Other tasks as assigned.
