Gaithersburg, MD | Full-Time or Part-Time | W-2 Hourly About Us We are a therapist-owned pediatric therapy practice providing occupational, physical, and speech therapy services to children and families throughout Maryland. Our practice was founded by two clinicians who wanted to create the kind of workplace we wished existed- one where clinicians feel supported, families feel cared for, and children are given the space to learn and grow through meaningful, play-based therapy. Our approach is play-based, child-led, and grounded in respect for each child as a whole person. About the Position We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is excited to help us grow our Gaithersburg location. This is a W-2 hourly position with the flexibility to work as many or as few hours as desired, making it a great fit for someone looking for anything from a small supplemental caseload to a full-time schedule. Compensation & Benefits W-2 hourly employment with PTO Higher hourly rate for billable treatment hours Cancellation and documentation pay Maryland OT license/ CEU reimbursement Flexible scheduling: a Schedule Approximately 10-40 hours per week, based on your preference and availability. We welcome applicants looking for part-time, full-time, after-school/evening, or supplemental hours.
