Position: Occupational Therapist
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shifts: Days
Pay: Competitive rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers)

What Were Looking For:
Passionate occupational therapy provider
Comfortable working in the SNF setting
Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and clinical reasoning skills
A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care
Requirements:
Active Occupational Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) New grads welcome!
Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
Current TB test/results
Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)
What Youll Be Doing:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions
Assess patient function and develop individualized treatment plans
Focus on ADLs, mobility, and independence to improve quality of life
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
