This role is ideal for a confident leader who excels in operations, resident relations, and team management. Responsibilities * Oversee all daily property operations and onsite staff * Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations * Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards * Prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, and manage vendor relationships * Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation * Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals * Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency * Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained Requirements * Previous Property Manager experience required * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills * Ability to manage operations, staff, and resident needs effectively * Knowledge of property management software preferred * Organized, reliable, and able to work independently * Professional demeanor and strong problem‑solving abilities #BGW2 BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
