We're recruiting for an experienced *Production Supervisor* to join a growing food and beverage manufacturer in Mineral Wells, TX.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production performance, food safety, quality and continuous improvement while leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

*What You'll Do*

* Lead and supervise production teams across the night shift
* Ensure production schedules and customer orders are achieved
* Drive compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA and food safety standards
* Monitor KPIs including OEE, downtime, waste and labour efficiency
* Lead shift start-up meetings and communicate daily production goals
* Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
* Work closely with Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse teams
* Manage employee training, performance and staffing levels
* Complete production reporting and shift documentation

*What We're Looking For*

* 3+ years' Production Supervisor experience within food or beverage manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety regulations
* Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Strong problem-solving, leadership and communication skills
* Experience improving production performance and operational efficiency
