Overview The Maritime Systems market segment within Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, is dedicated to supporting our global MH-60R/S customers through capability development, Obsolescence / Diminishing Manufacturing Sources & Material Shortages (DMSMS) management and resolution, and product line sustainment. Our team in Owego, NY, plays a key role in ensuring the ongoing success of these platforms for both the U.S. Navy and our Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. We are seeking a driven Performance Manager to be a valued member of our Naval Helicopters Program (NHP) organization. Responsibilities The Performance Manager is a critical member of the Naval Helicopter Program (NHP) Program Management team overseeing day to day program performance on development program(s). The Performance Manager ensures the program team adheres to program performance processes, including earned value management, financial control, schedule planning, risk and opportunity management, and workload planning. The Performance Manager may assist the Program Manager(s) and program team with performance analyses, mitigations, forecasting, and reporting. The successful candidate will also assist NHP and functional leadership with organizational workload analyses and reporting. Performance Management is a progression in a Program Management Leadership career. Qualifications Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with the program team(s) and leadership Strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously The ability to motivate and guide teams Demonstrated skills in metrics-driven performance management, risk identification and mitigation, and issue resolution. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively on a team Ability to prioritize your own work Minimum 3 years’ experience to include financial planning or control, schedule/task planning, Earned Value Management, project/program management, proposal management, or risk/opportunity management Appropriate 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience commensurate with assignment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Desired Skills Control Account Manager (CAM) experience Experience with Development contracts Strong analytical skills Working knowledge of DELTEK Project Portfolio Management or other EVM tools, Risk/Opportunity Management tools, or Workload tools Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting multi-functional teams Clearance Level None Work Schedule 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during hiring. Compensation The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. This position is incentive plan eligible. Washington state applicants: Non-represented full-time employees accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO), etc. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
