Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical services to clients in your caseload, which may include assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
  • Engage actively in crisis intervention and offer timely responses to client emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and utilizing developmentally appropriate frameworks.
  • Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring the coordinated exchange of information among clients, their families, and other care providers.
  • Maintain compliance with professional ethical guidelines and internal agency standards, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and constructive.
  • Participate in collaborative efforts to enhance the agency's service delivery, contributing to committees focused on quality improvement and operational excellence.
  • Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
  • Provide education and resources to clients, families, and stakeholders regarding mental health issues and available services.
  • Complete necessary reports and documentation promptly, adhering to strict deadlines and organizational policies.
  • Be available for on-call coverage during assigned hours to address emerging client needs.

The clients you will serve at Grow Therapy Center include individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Many clients come from under-resourced backgrounds, presenting unique challenges that require a culturally competent and empathetic approach. Your ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and your understanding of their distinctive cultural traditions and experiences will be paramount in delivering effective care.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; LCSW licensure is required.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
